Big John’s Pork and Beef Hamburger

Big John loves Pork and Beef Hamburgers. What could be better than adding some Big John’s Chop Sauce to the meat mixture? It makes the burger juicy and delicious. Grill it, add some cheese, and stick it on a bun. Delicious!



  • 1 1b. Circle B Ranch ground pork
  • 1 lb. organic ground beef from Black Gate Farms
  • Big John’s Chop Sauce
  • 1 to 2 medium onions frenched and sauteed until golden brown
  • 1 slice of cheddar cheese
  • Olive oil (enough to sauté)
  • 1 Package Pretzel Buns from Hy-Vee


  1. Mix together beef, pork, and 4 ounces of Big John’s Chop and Steak sauce. Set aside.
  2. Form beef and pork mixture into burger patties and grill until fully cooked.
  3. Place cooked burger on Pretzel Bun. Top with Cheddar cheese and the sautéed onions.
  4. Serve with Big John’s BBQ Sauce, Big John’s Steak and Chop Sauce, or Marina’s Homemade Ketchup. Enjoy!
