If I have to to so myself I make a dynamite Pear Ginger Chutney.  When I saw this recipe I knew that it would pair really well with my Pear Ginger.  I hope that your family enjoys this recipe as much as John and I did  Enjoy!

Marina’s Pear Ginger Chutney

For the Pork Rub:

4Circle B Ranch pork chops

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 Tbsp. chili powder

1 tsp. cinnamon

1 tsp. garlic powder

kosher salt and black pepper to taste

Mix together the ingredients for the pork rub and thoroughly coat each pork chop with the rub.

Let the pork chops sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes before grilling.

Grill over medium heat, turning only once.

After removing from heat, let them sit for 5 minutes before cutting into the meat.

Serve the pork chops with Marina’s Pear Ginger Chutney spooned over the top.
