This recipe uses three of Circle B Ranch breakfast products. Hickory Smoked Bacon, Chorizo Sausage and Breakfast Sausage. I make this recipe every few months and it is delish! Enjoy!
- Cut bacon into pieces. Put into large skillet and cook on medium-high until crispy. Remove from pan and drain on a paper towel.
- Add chorizo and breakfast sausage to the bacon grease, breaking up and large pieces with a spatula. Cook, stirring occasionally, until sausage is browned and crisped, about 8 to 10 minutes.
- Whisk flour into sausage in skillet and cook, whisking constantly, until incorporated. Gradually add milk, whisking constantly, until incorporated. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook gravy, whisking constantly, until thickened, 5 to 8 minutes.
- Serve by spooning the gravy over hot biscuits. Enjoy!
